Terms & Conditions of Sfumature del Borgo.
BOOKINGS: Bookings are subject to room availability and are considered confirmed only after the complete registration of the required data and the payment verification of the total amount of the stay.
ROOMS & OCCUPANCY: Rooms are double occupancy (matrimonial). An extra bed or a baby cot can be provided upon prior request via email or phone. Costs may vary depending on the number of guests and any additional services requested. Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed for each room is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the property.
PAYMENTS: Payment is made via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. The required payment corresponds to the total amount of the booked stay. The booking will be considered valid only after the payment has been successfully verified.
CANCELLATIONS: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made within 4 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the property reserves the right to retain the full amount paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
PROPERTY ACCESS: Once the booking is completed and confirmed, guests will automatically receive a welcome email within 24 hours prior to arrival. This email will contain access credentials, the personal secret code to be used on the entry keypad, and a link to download the dedicated application with its corresponding instructions for use. The access code is personal and must not be shared with anyone.
PROPERTY RULES: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor spaces of the property. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected during the night. Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged to the responsible guest.
LIABILITY: The owner is not liable for any damage, theft, loss, or service disruptions not directly attributable to the property.
PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by the user is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
ACCEPTANCE: By making a booking, the user declares to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
