Welcome to Sfumature del Borgo.
These regulations are an integral part of your booking and are designed to ensure a peaceful, safe, and respectful stay for all guests and for the property itself.
For anything not expressly mentioned herein, current regulations, common sense, and the rules of civil coexistence shall apply.
General Guidelines
Guests are kindly requested to use the rooms, furniture, equipment, and common areas with care, respecting both the environment and other people present in the property. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior of minors throughout their entire stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
To guarantee a restful stay for all guests, quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud shouting, excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior must be avoided.
Guests & Access
Unregistered guests are not permitted access to the rooms. It is strictly forbidden to host individuals who have not been registered with the property. Each room may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking.
Rooms & Services
Inside your room, you will find a breakfast voucher that can be used at partner cafes in the area.
For stays shorter than 4 nights, daily room cleaning is not provided, though a routine check is performed daily by our staff. Towels can be replaced upon request by leaving them on the bathroom floor.
A ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign is available to prevent staff from entering. Any damage or technical issues must be reported promptly. Damage caused by improper use may be charged to the guest.
Energy Saving
Out of respect for the environment, guests are kindly requested to turn off all lights, the TV, and the air conditioning whenever leaving the room and at the end of their stay.
Please avoid leaving windows open while the air conditioning is running, and help us prevent the waste of water and energy.
Personal Belongings & Liability
The property is not responsible for any personal objects, valuables, or belongings left unattended. Each room is equipped with a digital safe.
The management declines all liability for theft, loss, damage caused by severe weather conditions or force majeure, as well as for any damage to vehicles parked in the outdoor areas.
Pets
Pets are only allowed if declared at the time of booking. They must be supervised at all times, are not permitted on beds or furniture, and must not use the property’s linens.
Owners are fully liable for any damage caused. Please note that staff will not enter the room if pets are left unattended inside.
Smoking Ban & Safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in all common areas. It is forbidden to use open flames, dangerous appliances, or to bring illegal substances and hazardous objects into the property.
In the event of a fire emergency, call 112 immediately and follow the safety guidelines.
